BIOGRAPHY
TEXYLVANIA IS HEXABILLY-ROCKET FUELD-GARAGE-PUNK ROCK- ROCK&ROLL!!
TEXYLVANIA is the psycho, punk rock, two-headed love child of the legendary band KOMMUNITY FK.
SHERRY RUBBER and PATRIK FK took a small break from touring in support of Patrik's debut solo LP "Hydro Carbons Of A Meteorite (Green)," and within one week wrote 23 super smash hits...TEXYLVANIA WAS BORN IN 2000.
Started as a side band that would let the members' true punk hearts come alive Patrik FK and Sherry Rubber never expected Texylvania to take off-But within a short time these two artists knew this band was alive and kicking. Immediately after Texylvania's incarnation Invisible Records came a knocking and placed Texylvania on Invisible's "Cash To Chaos" LP (A tribute to Johhny Cash). Texylvania found themselves side by side/track by track with top notch artists. Texylvania ended up receiving top the reviews for the LP. Soon after that, Texylvania was placed on the Invisible Records "Mutations" LP (A tribute to Alice Cooper). Once again Texylvania found themselves getting the top press reviews on this new release. It was time to cut their own Texylvania LP.
"TEXYLVANIA" was the first full length LP released by Texylvania which was sold exclusively on MP3.Com....It sold/sells very well.
Soon, Sherry received a very kind email from "Wes Beech" of "The Plasmatics" fame. Sherry has ALWAYS admired Wendy O Williams. Once Sherry learned that Wes wanted Sherry and Texylvania to cover some Plasmatics tracks for Wes's tribute album to his band The Plasmatics. Due to the fact that he never heard any other chick sing as close to Wendy O until he heard Sherry's voice, Sherry had to immediately change her panties-Tee/Hee!!!
Texylvania immediately recorded "I Want You" and "Sex Junkie". Sherry only hopes that Wendy would be proud. And a huge THANK YOU TO WES!!
Other Texylvaniaself-releases followed. The two legendary EPs: "GUTTERATI" and "SLUT NATION." The second full length album "TEXYLVANIA 13"....And more.
The compilation release for "Heart Break Hotel: The Dark Elvis" for Cleopatra Records.
TEXYLVANIA promises to all their fans world wide that they will always get the free T-shirts, buttons, stickers, CDs, blood, sex, and Rock & Roll....
