Some Concerns You Need to Be Aware of:
- This is not a residence and is NOT A PLACE TO LIVE! Don't waste my time calling asking to live in my studio!?
- You will not have the Studio to yourself, you are sub-leasing it from me during times that we agree on.
- You can not leave anything in the room. When you are done, you need to take your things with you.
Possibly good for dancing, meditation, barbershop quartet, solo instrumentalist practice room, acting rehearsal space, photography, small events, classes, filming. I am open to creative ideas, just give me a call on it. NO BANDS.
